JANINE WATSON as Lou

Janine Watson is a highly skilled actor with training in text, voice, physical theatre and singing.

In 2002 she completed 3 years of Professional Actor Training at The National Theatre Drama School in Melbourne, Australia. Since graduating, Janine has performed for some of Melbourne's most respected theatre companies including Polyglot Puppet Theatre, La Mama, and A is for Atlas. From 2007 - 08 Janine trained and performed with Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre, Brisbane. In 2009 Janine completed one month's intensive study in the Suzuki Method of Actor Training and Viewpoints with the internationally renowned SITI Company in New York. She then traveled to Stockholm to begin development on her first solo show to be mounted in 2012.

In 2010, Janine worked as voice coach for Little Dove Theatre Art's creative development of 'Cordelia' at Gasworks, performed the role of Woman in Blood by Sergi Belbel for Vicious Fish, and co-produced/performed in 'Agatha' by Marguerite Duras at Donkey Wheel for the 2010 Melbourne Fringe Festival. Most recently, Janine was seen as Julia in the critically acclaimed 2011 production of J.A.T.O by Vedrana Klepacic for MKA Theatre.

Janine has acted in several short films, and her TV credits include Neighbours, Crash/Burn and The Secret Life of Us.

ALICE FOULCHER as Steph

Alice Foulcher is a writer, director and actor from Melbourne, Australia.

In 2008 Alice commenced study at the Victorian College of the Arts, School of Film and Television. Her Masters graduate production GOING, GOING (2009) won the awards for Best Masters Script, Best Masters Film, Overall Outstanding Postgraduate Student, and was nominated for Best Editing and Best Film with a Theatrical Potential. GOING, GOING has subsequently screened at numerous film festivals internationally. Since graduating Alice wrote and directed the short film HAROLD HOLT IS DEAD (2011), and recently WHY RYAN IS ON DETENTION (2013) which is currently in post-production. As an actor Alice has experience in theatre productions, films, short films and commercials.

Alice is currently in development for the feature film THE LEARNING CURVE based on the sequence of poems by John Foulcher. In 2013 she will again collaborate with Gregory Erdstein by producing and starring in the co-written short THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.
